ODRLY Payment Policy

Subscription Payments:

• 1. All subscription payments made toward ODRLY services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• 2. Clients are responsible for timely payments to avoid service interruptions.

Payment Terms:

• 1. Payment must be made through authorized methods specified in the invoice.
• 2. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

Service Activation:

• Services will be activated only after receipt of the initial payment, including the security deposit and first subscription fee.

Payment Disputes:

• 1. Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 business days of the transaction.
• 2. Dispute resolution will follow terms outlined in the service agreement.

Termination Due to Non-Payment:

• ODRLY reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment after prior notice.

Policy Updates:

• ODRLY reserves the right to update this payment policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
